It’s hard to believe it’s the end of another year and a busy one at that.
It’s been a pleasure working with small business owners who offer diverse products, services, and experiences that make neighborhoods vibrant and distinctive. At the same time, it gave me good fodder for my weekly blogs.
However, I want to use this week’s blog to share news of a small business project I’m excited about. Spurred by a love for communication and writing, my partner and I got excited by an idea for a word game. We spent numerous weeks brainstorming, testing and shaping our ideas until we created what we feel is an exciting tabletop game focused on literacy.
We set the wheels in motion over the summer and focused on developing prototypes, finding suppliers, and working with designers and printers, not to mention everything involved in setting up and promoting a business.
We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our new tabletop game, Think. Think.! This innovative game challenges players to flex their mental muscles and engage in friendly competition. Perfect for game nights and gatherings, Think. Think. offers hours of fun and stimulating entertainment for ages 12+.
Think. Think. challenges you to spell confusing words and homophones, identify cliches and the meanings of Latin and French words we often use in English.
We love this game because it brings the family together and away from their devices. It’s perfect for game night with friends and can inject fun into classroom learning. Studies suggest that reducing screen time, especially non-essential use, has significant benefits for mental and physical health.
