It’s been almost three years since I started my small communications business and started my blog. It’s been a great experience and I’m happy to say I’m posted almost every week.
I’ve always loved writing and more specifically communications. Because of this, I’ve been able to draw inspiration from my experiences working with small business owners. More recently, I’ve been writing about my experiences starting a new business. With my business partner, we’ve created a tabletop game. Setting up the business, finding suppliers, implementing marketing strategies has been quite the journey.

My work experience spans a number of years in communications, planning, writing and creating marketing campaigns. I also managed a number of Canadian brands as brand manager.
Today, I’m the proud owner of Haynes on Communication and co-owner of SmartAlec Products Inc.
